Competitor Change Form
This is the entry portal for 2024 NWHSSA Track and Field to be held on 2nd December 2024 and is to be used by Sports Coordinators of competing schools
If you are experiencing problems completing this online entry form, contact Phil Clayton philclay@bigpond.net.au with full details of your issue and a telephone number for contact.
- All events shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of NWHSSA, World Athletics, Athletics Australia and Athletics Tasmania
- Please enter students in events by indicating the appropriate event box and selecting the appropriate Division where applicable.
- Entries will close at 5:00PM on Thursday 28th November 2024 to allow for seeding of events and produce Event Programs to be distrusted to schools prior to carnival day.
- If schools are unable to meet the closing deadline, please advise Mike Gunson NWAC mikegunson1@bigpond.com .
- Group B schools will have only two categories Junior (combined Grade 7 & 8) and Senior (combined Grade 9 & 10)
- Junior category can have all Grade 7 or all Grade 8 or a combination of both in events with multiple participants.
- Senior category can have all Grade 9 or all Grade 10 or a combination of both in events with multiple participants.
- Athletes that have been entered can be checked by clicking on Accepted Entries button and entering Surname or School in the fields displayed
- Schools with para-athletes wishing to compete can enter them through this portal as normal and advise Phil Clayton philclay@bigpond.net.au where they will be entered into the para events.
- Once entries have been inputted into the system any changes required, schools are to complete the Competitor Change Sheet. Link to document above and to be emailed to Phil Clayton philclay@bigpond.net.au or bring to Events Office on day of competition
